Danish coffee
| INGREDIENTS FOR 8/10 PERSON: |
6 eggs - grated rind of 1 lemon - 100 g sugar - ¾ lt. cold strong coffee - 1 generous glass of brandy

| PREPARATION: |
1. Beat the eggs and the lemon rind stiffly to a cream and stir in the sugar little by little while beating, so that it becomes puffed and foamy.
2. Blend in the coffee slowly and the brandy while mixing.
3. Serve in tea cups or in ice-cold “ballon” glasses.
