Emperor coffee
| INGREDIENTS FOR 3 PERSON: |
hot coffee - 2 sugar lumps - 1 cw. rum - 1 clove - grated rind of ½ lemon - 1 spoon of whipped cream - 1 cinnamon bar

| PREPARATION: |
1. Fill a tea cup with the hot coffee.
2. Add the sugar lumps, the rum, the clove and the lemon rind.
3. Mix and then add a bit of whipped cream with an icing syringe.
Serve the coffee together with the cinnamon bar as a mixer.
