INGREDIENT  FOR 3 PERSONS:    2 tablespoons sugar - 1 tablespoon water - 9 tablespoons liquid cream - 6 tablespoons Irish Whiskey - 4 cups hot coffee

PREPARATION:  1. Boil sugar and water for about 1 minute, then add it to the Whiskey and to the hot coffee.

Mix and pour into the goblets.

2. Pour slowly the cream onto the coffee (3 tablespoons for each goblet).

LITTLE SECRETS:  Whip the cream lightly so that it remains on the surface.
As preferred, flavour with Grand Marnier or Calvados.
