| INGREDIENT FOR 3 PERSONS: |
2 tablespoons sugar - 1 tablespoon water - 9 tablespoons liquid cream - 6 tablespoons Irish Whiskey - 4 cups hot coffee

| PREPARATION: |
1. Boil sugar and water for about 1 minute, then add it to the Whiskey and to the hot coffee.
Mix and pour into the goblets.
2. Pour slowly the cream onto the coffee (3 tablespoons for each goblet).

| LITTLE SECRETS: |
Whip the cream lightly so that it remains on the surface.
As preferred, flavour with Grand Marnier or Calvados. |
