Coffee Mousse
| INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS: |
200 ml strong coffee - 75 g almond flakes - 150 g sugar - 1 little carton of condensed milk - 4 eggs

| PREPARATION: |
1. Pour coffee and sugar into a small pan and cook on a high flame for about 10 minutes until it becomes a thick mixture.
2. Beat the eggs and stir in the mixture.
3. Set to cook again in a bain-marie and mix now and then so that the cream thickens and grows.
4. Remove from flame, let cool while mixing for a few minutes.
5. Add the condensed milk, the almonds and the whisked egg whites.
6. Pour the cream into small bowls and keep in the fridge until serving. |
