Coffee punch
| INGREDIENTS FOR 6/8 PERSONS: |
1/2 l strong hot coffee - 1/2 l white Porto - 1/2 l rum - 100 g sugar

| PREPARATION: |
1. Pour coffee into a saucepan, add the Porto and the rum and heat without bringing to boiw.
2. Add the sugar little by little, tasting from time to time to choose sweetness.
3. When all the sugar has dissolved, serve in short handle glasses.

Warm up the glasses before pouring down the punch and do not forget to provide them with teaspoons to prevent cracking. |
