4 cups espresso coffee - 3 glasses of grappa - 1 glass of genepy - (liqueur of Valle d’Aosta which can be substituted with red dry wine) - sugar as needed - some lemon rind slices
PREPARATION:
It is traditional to prepare and drink it in a “grolla” or friendship cup, a wooden goblet typical of Valle d’Aosta.
1. Pour all ingredients into the grolla (the coffee must be hot).
2. Mix to dissolve the sugar and serve right away.
