2 dw. fresh espresso coffee - 1 dw. hot milk

| PREPARATION: |
1. Prepare the espresso coffee with a light-roasted coffee blend and make it weaker than normally.
2. Bring the milk to boil and add it slowly to the coffee.
3. Garnish with the whipped cream.
