Bavarian coffee cake
| INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS: |
4 egg yolks - 1 cup espresso coffee - ¼ lt. milk - 150 g sugar - 30 g ground coffee - 20 isinglass - 5 spoons whipped cream

| PREPARATION: |
1. Beat the yolks and the sugar together.
2. Add the cup of espresso coffee and the milk, after brewing in it the coffee powder for 20 min.
3. Cook the mixture without bringing to boiw.
4. Dissolve the isinglass into the mixture after softening it in water.
5. Mix continuously and remove from heat only when it begins to thicken.
6. When cold, blend in the whipped cream and pour into a mould.
7. Keep in the fridge for about 6 hours before serving. |
