BASIC STEPS TO AN EXCELLENT ORO CAFFÉ ESPRESSO COFFEE
To obtain the best result out of an Oro Caffè espresso
coffee the blend has to be perfectly ground so that the
time of percolation of water through the coffee does not
exceed 30 seconds with a temperature of 89°C and a 9
atmosphere pressure. The suggested quantity of ground coffee to he used is 7 grammes.
This way you will obtain a perfect Oro Caffè espresso coffee.
A well prepared Oro Caffè espresso coffee
characterized by a hazel brown cream with darker streaks, almost striped.
It has a strong chocolate and flower aroma, the taste is little bitter because of its minor caffeine content. |
